Job Role:- Chargeback Analyst Location :- Morristown, NJ (Hybrid) Contract Job Description:: Responsibilities: Manage and analyze chargeback processes, including validation, processing, and reconciliation, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support systems implementation and upgrades within the Revenue Management space, particularly focusing on Model N. Conduct thorough analysis of pharmaceutical commercial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement. Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as wholesalers, distributors, and payers, to facilitate effective chargeback processing and resolution. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to proactively identify risks and opportunities for optimization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems implementation/upgrade within the Revenue Management space of Life Sciences, in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial processes, including chargebacks, purchase rebating, and managed care/utilization-based rebating. Proficiency in Model N is required; experience with other revenue management systems is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
