Job: Techno/Functional SAP ISU Consultant Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Need 10+ Years of Experience with Passport Number. Job Description : The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ISU modules, particularly in Billing processes, and possess both functional and technical expertise to effectively implement and support SAP ISU Billing solutions. Responsibilities: Functional Analysis and Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements related to Billing processes. Conduct workshops and meetings to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications. SAP ISU Billing Configuration: Configure SAP ISU Billing module according to business requirements and best practices. Customize billing schemas, rate determination, invoicing processes, and taxation rules as per client needs. Technical Development and Customization: Develop custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces using ABAP programming language to extend SAP ISU Billing functionality. Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements. Integration Management: Coordinate with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless integration with Billing processes. Implement and support integration scenarios such as SAP CRM, SAP FI/CO, and external billing systems. Testing and Quality Assurance: Create test scenarios, conduct unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for Billing solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing phases to ensure high-quality deliverables. Documentation and Training: Document functional specifications, technical designs, and configuration changes. Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and support teams on SAP ISU Billing functionalities. Production Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for SAP ISU Billing applications, including incident resolution and problem management. Perform regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure system stability and reliability. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with SAP ISU Billing module releases, patches, and enhancements.
