Skilled in Skype Enterprise Voice features and troubleshooting. Proficient in Power, ITIL, and Safe Agile frameworks. Support videoconferencing platforms and Office 365 administration. Requirements: Strong Office 365 and MS Teams administration skills. Familiarity with Cisco WebEx and Microsoft Teams Endpoints. Desired experience in webcasting, Live Events, and conferencing solutions.
