Working with SLA on the incidents/service requests/enhancements. Ability to provide L1/L2/L3 support to customers. Participate in the development transition for the new developments before going live. Creating deployment packages (issue fixes, enhancements) and deploying them on the dev, QA, and PROD setup. If required, make available for the off-hour tasks including week-end. Providing weekly reports to customers on the given template.
