Conduct workshops and user interviews to gain insights into user perspective, understand Client Requirements, propose integration solutions, help businesses/clients in preparing the Business Requirement Docs (BRD), Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) Supports other project team members such as Testers, Architects, etc. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant work experience A solution Business Analyst with experience in cross-functional teams in development, documentation, and delivery processes to attain business goals. Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle phases and knowledge of defect management and tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc. Experience authoring user stories, including acceptance criteria and understanding of AEM.
