Senior CLM Project Manager/Waterfall Project Manager (PMP)

1. Procurement has selected a new Contract Lifecycle Management application to replace its existing one. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager that will come in and establish a cadence of working sessions to understand the scope of the delivery effort and then translate those deliverables into a project plan.

2. After they deliver the project plan, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the ongoing tasks & milestones, reporting progress to key stakeholders, engaging the delivery teams where necessary to ensure schedule and budget are being met.

3. The Project Manager will also be responsible for pulling the project financials from SAP to report on budget vs actuals and explain any variances.

4. Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions help to increase visibility into contractual commitments and reduce contract value leakage.

5. Project Manager over a CLM project (Ariba or whatever) would be huge; otherwise, PM over a Software package implementation, where the PM not only handles the Financial Reporting / Variance Reporting aspects, but also has dealt with Software Vendors.

6. Implementing a CLM by Icertis.

7. This is a Waterfall Project, not agile. Do Not need to be CSM (but if you have that skill set, the ability to facilitate meetings is very helpful).

8. Will be using MS Project.

9. Any Procurement Background extremely big plus.

10. Someone that has implemented an enterprise CLM for an Oil and Gas is a Big Plus.

11. Needs to be onsite; 4 days onsite; 1 day remote.

Required Qualifications: PMP Certification; CSM Certification

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Enterprise-Wide System Implementationsv
