The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate/JPA/Maven, along with hands-on experience in AWS cloud services such as EFS, EBS, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Redis, Kinesis, EventBridge, and JMS (Java Message Service). As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance MDM solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, architect solutions, and implement best practices in MDM. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement robust MDM solutions using Java/J2EE technologies. Design and optimize database schemas using Hibernate or JPA for efficient data management. Utilize Spring framework to develop and maintain enterprise applications. Implement AWS cloud services such as EFS, EBS, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Redis, Kinesis, and EventBridge for scalable and reliable solutions. Integrate messaging services using JMS or Java Message Service for asynchronous communication between applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement MDM best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the performance and reliability of MDM systems. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development and MDM. Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts and best practices. Proficiency in Spring framework and dependency injection. Experience with Hibernate or JPA for ORM (Object-Relational Mapping). Hands-on experience with Maven for project management and build automation. Expertise in AWS cloud services, including EFS, EBS, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Redis, Kinesis, and EventBridge. Familiarity with messaging services such as JMS or Java Message Service. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
