Duration: +2 years We need a LOCAL candidate in the Nashville, TN This is for candidates who can work onsite for 3 days a week in the office in downtown, Nashville, TN. This is for consulting/contracting for 2+ years. Need very strong python candidate REQUIRED: Knowledge of software development principles and Object-Oriented development and design patterns. Experience with back-end technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, .NET, REST API, Linux, Apache Spark , microservices, etc. Focus on building scalable and high-performance systems. Strong knowledge of Python programming language and its frameworks, with a focus on back-end development. Some background/experience in C#. Experience working with Azure (Kubernetes, Data Factory, Containers/Pods/Docker, Batch/Parallel HPC (High-performance computing) Experience with parallel programming concepts and packages parallelization/multiprocessing/cloud . Experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures on large datasets with an emphasis on performance. Ability to take ownership of systems and drive innovation, introducing new technologies and approaches to improve system performance and functionality. Ability to write clean, maintainable, extensible, and well-documented code. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
