Job Description : Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of NetSuite implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite's capabilities, business processes, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: NetSuite Implementation: Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions. Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules to align with business processes. Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise in NetSuite customization, scripting, and integration. Lead development efforts to enhance NetSuite functionality and address unique business needs. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems. Functional Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite functionalities and best practices. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Guide and advise stakeholders on how to leverage NetSuite to meet business objectives. Data Migration and Integration: Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data into NetSuite. Develop and implement robust integration solutions to connect NetSuite with other business applications. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite features. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user issues and enhance user adoption. Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in information technology, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead, with a focus on successful implementations. Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of NetSuite. Proficient in Suite Script, Suite Flow, and other NetSuite customization tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: NetSuite Administrator or Suite Foundation Certification. Experience with other ERP systems and integrations. Familiarity with Suite Success methodology.
