Job Title: Senior React.js Front End Developer - Health Care Domain Job Location: Remote Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain front-end applications for the Health Care Domain using React.js and other relevant frameworks. - Collaborate with the design team to ensure high visual fidelity and seamless user experience. - Create and implement AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) front-end components. - Integrate front-end components with back-end services via headless architecture. - Adhere to accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity in all developed interfaces. - Work closely with a larger team to integrate system-level styles and component systems. - Interpret functional specifications and requirements documents to implement features effectively. - Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code review processes. - Independently manage tasks and deliverables, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. - Stay updated with the latest front-end development trends and technologies, recommending improvements to the existing architecture when necessary. Required Skills: 10-12 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.js. Proficiency in developing AEM front-end components. Strong understanding of functional JavaScript programming. Experience with headless integrations and API consumption. Deep knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Excellent attention to detail, particularly concerning visual fidelity and UI/UX design. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, collaborating with distributed teams. Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience in the healthcare domain or other regulated industries. - Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less. - Understanding of server-side rendering and its implications on front-end development. - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
