Has a very good hands-on experience in any Java based loyalty implementation - either in-house or out of market. Has helped any clients in driving in the right direction in choosing , designing, and implementing a loyalty system. Has any experience in analyzing and understanding of existing loyalty implementation. Has knowledge, can think/recommend from Martech perspective , such as non-transactional marketing events. Looking for SME & Tech Lead who will only focus on evaluation Tech lead / Candidate will closely work with the current project team Tech lead will work as an individual contributor and will not be involved in any other activity like development/ enhancement Once evaluation is complete, tech lead will be involved in leading the implementation Looking for an Onsite candidate. Preferred loc CA.
