Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, considering all aspects of the implementation lifecycle. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear deliverables and milestones. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution and delivery. Monitor projects progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and progress. Conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the ERP implementation process. Manage change requests, scope changes, and project documentation while maintaining a focus on project objectives and timelines. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a seasoned leader capable of managing complex projects, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end implementation of ERP solutions. 12 years of experience in program management, specifically overseeing ERP implementations from initiation to post-implementation support. Proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP projects, delivering them within scope, on time, and within budget Extensive knowledge of ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
