Experience with Oncology studies is a must. Excellent SQL skills is required. Previous experience with claims data in patient analytics is highly preferred. Experience in data collection and data processing are highly preferred. Knowledge of medical terminologies (e.g., ICD, NDC, GPI, HCPCS, CPT) is preferred. Proficiency with Python; hands-on experience with R is a plus. Develop Python programming pipelines for automated data query, data engineering, data integration, and data processing quality control tasks. Experience working in Oncology studies is a must. Develop Python-based machine learning models for analytics projects in the cardiovascular disease area (good to have) Work: These resources typically work on client systems, applications and data standards used by and will follow SOPs and guidelines. Abilities and experience to work with medical affairs and RWE groups, understand the business requirements, and abilities to translate those requirements into programming specifications. Explore and analyze different RWD data including longitudinal claims such as Electronic Medical Records, Optum Claims, Truven Health Market Scan, Premier Hospital Database, MDV (Medical Data Vision) and Surveillance Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) databases. Experience of appropriate technologies, programming languages such as SQL, SAS , Python.
