In this dynamic role you will dive into our customer, product, channel, and digital data to uncover opportunities for consumer experience optimization and customer value delivery. You will also enable stakeholders with actionable, intuitive performance insights that provide the business with direction for growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust mix of technical and communication skills, with a passion for optimization, data storytelling, and data visualization. You will collaborate with a centralized team of analysts as well as teams across the organization including Product, Marketing, Data, and senior leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key influencer to the company's strategic decisions and to learn and grow with our Analytics team. This individual will participate in all phases of the data and analytics lifecycle, including specifying data capture requirements, analyzing patterns and trends in structured and unstructured data to provide insights on projects that span all facets of the Enterprise. Take these finding and synthesize them into dashboards or presentations that convey insights and recommendations through storytelling, while maintaining a balance between the big picture and mastery of details.
