Title: Production Support engineer Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid) 4+ years of Software development/ Application support experience             PCF/K8S knowledge             Splunk, Grafana             Understanding of REST/ SOAP APIs             Strong knowledge on Tier 1 support (production issues and Non Production issues)             Hands-on coding with one of the open-source tools for Automation, Innovation.             Able to quickly analyze and find the root cause of issues and suggest for a fix/improvement.             Contribute/ develop Java/Spring boot application, Slack BOT, Splunk dashboards, alerts as needed to improve the customer experience.
