Performs program analysis and design and creates program and component specifications. Prepare estimates for development work to meet business requirements. Design integrated technical solutions. Desirable qualifications and experience Candidate must have experience in Peoplesoft HR, and Salary Payroll applications development including CORE HR, North America Payroll, Benefits Admin, T&L, Projects, FO Staffing, application pages, queries, customizations, Bolt-ons, Employee & Manager self-service, regulatory & taxes changes, PeopleTools, and PUM upgrades Supports integrations with external third parties. Must have experience with Oracle, Sql, SQR, PeopleTools, Integration Broker, App Engine, Component Interface, BI Publisher, PS query. Experience with Azure DevOps and Stat is a plus.
