Strategic & solution mindset with the ability to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions. Proven track record of successfully delivering insurance projects and supporting business growth. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance industry. Certification(s) such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), or equivalent, desirable.
