Please have a look at the below position and let me know if you would like to apply. Title: Vendor Management System Location: Austin, TX and Mountain View, CA Duration: 12 Months Description 1. Provide VMS tool (functional and technical) L3 support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, user access management, risk remediation, testing, and other related Production Support related tasks 2. Assist with handling Buganizer and GUTs tickets on a daily basis 3. Manage Major and Minor CCW releases including UAT end user testing and support 4. Support xWS initiatives, as needed 5. Monitor and execute multiple tasks/projects on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Technical skills: 1. VMS Tool experience, preferably CCW (Coupa) 2. SQL is required 3. Technical Release management. 4. Smart Track(COUPA) or any other VMS tool hands on experience 5. Helping in UAT testing. 6. Bugnizer or any other ticket management tool. 7. MS office. 8. Experience with software releases, including writing test scripts, executing and managing end user testing. 9. Ticketing system experience 10. Experience with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. 11. Integration experience needed 12. Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks as needed Thanks |
