Strong documentation skills, functional knowledge, technical ability, and communication skills are essential to meeting the business requirements and keeping the Oracle solution sound. The Business Analyst will also work extensively with the business users to understand their business needs, develop solutions, and implement enhancements to the Oracle system. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 8-10 years of progressive Oracle IT Business Analyst responsibilities supporting the Finance processes Proven experience with requirements gathering, facilitation, testing, and training Accounting knowledge SDLC (System Development Lifecycle) experience Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Support Experience following a formal Change Management Process Strong verbal and written communication skills Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to present solutions/alternatives and influence the outcome of decisions Knowledge of the following Oracle modules and processes: General Ledger, iExpense, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payments, Projects, Fixed Assets, EBTax, and Cash Management.
