[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Job Title: Cross Platform Test Lead Location: Mount Laurel, NJ Essential Skills: Attend Discovery workshops/JAD sessions and assess impacts Identify testing scope and estimate testing effort Mobilize cross-functional testing teams and develop allocation plans Coordinate end-to-end testing for Tech and LOB Create testing artifacts Lead testing effort and/or team to plan, construct, and execute release tests Develop key metrics to manage and assess testing process, including test execution and defect resolution Apply business and functional knowledge to meet overall test objectives Act as primary interface between team and other groups including vendors, developers, LOB, senior management, and support organizations Lead and develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with project and business teams Coach and advise testers as required Experience in Core Banking Superior customer communication and expectations management Strong JIRA & Confluence experience Fluency in Agile project management Exceptional understanding of software development and testing principles Experience with data mapping/migration testing Experience in projects with complex data requirements Experience working with technology and business partners Data conversion planning, testing, and execution Understanding of Test Automation fundamentals Thanks and Regards Rajat Kumar Recruitment Lead (Sales and Marketing) Savi Technologies Inc.
