Job Title : Senior SDET Engineer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION Need strong candidates with advanced python skills and experience in PBM/insurance. About the job Seeking a Senior SDET Engineer for our Healthcare client. Candidate must have advanced Python skills and hands-on experience in automation or development in healthcare domain. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans and test scenarios for multiple software workstreams with different release cycles. Perform functional, performance and automated testing of various components of the UI and non-UI application platforms. Participate in architecture and design reviews to understand the product complexity and utilize that knowledge to develop test scenarios. Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable automated test scripts, harnesses, and tools using Python. Monitor and analyze test results, and communicate test progress, test coverage, and other metrics to stakeholders. Continuously enhance test automation processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Required Qualifications 7+ Years' experience in QA Automation or Software Development experience with python. 3+ Years' experience building UI/API/Backend test automation frameworks and implementation across large organizations. 2+ years' hands-on experience with Python 2+ years' experience with SQL queries 7+ years' experience in QA Or Development methodology and principles, tools, processes, and metrics Preferred Qualifications Experience with insurance and pharmacy benefit management would be a plus. Prior software development experience Experience with performance testing and load testing tools, such as JMeter or Locust. Experience with Continuous Integration environments (e.g., Jenkins, Git) Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
