Secondary skills: Azure DevOps, AWS Job Description: Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, managing Azure-based solutions and cloud migrations from AWS to Azure, with a deep understanding of cloud architecture and services. Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing environments to identify workloads, dependencies, and migration requirements. Design migration strategies and develop detailed migration plans tailored to each client's needs, considering factors such as application compatibility, performance, security, and cost optimization. Execute migration projects according to established timelines, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Migration of applications data and infrastructure to Azure utilizing Azure Express Route Azure Disk Encryption and Azure Resource Manager for optimized performance and security. Implement and manage Azure Container Services and Azure Cloud Native Security to support scalable and secure applications. Configure and maintain Azure Key Vault, Azure App Gateway and Azure Native Security to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards. Utilize industry best practices and migration tools to efficiently move workloads from AWS to Azure while maintaining data integrity and security. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clients, project managers, engineers, and architects, to coordinate migration activities and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-migration, ensuring the stability and performance of migrated workloads on the Azure platform. Document migration processes, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference. Requirements gathering for target Azure landscape for Build & Design. Provisioning of Dev, QA and Production environment Define standards and processes for Azure provisioning. Leverage automation script/Manage script changes. Review target architecture on cloud. Coordinate meetings, workshops, communications with various parties within and outside the organization to complete all tasks. Manage communication and deliverables from offshore team Deliver best Practices around provisioning, operations and management of cloud environment Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Experience in VM provisioning, Power scripting, Dynamic and Static routing, Configuring Microsoft Internal / External Load Balancers, Experience in Configuring Vnets, Subnets, Configuring Azure Active Directory Sync, Configuring Network Security Groups (NGS), Access Control Lists (ACL), Hands-on experience in AWS to Azure migration activities. Experience in Setting up Disaster Recovery for Cloud Environments Experience in Recording Machine IOPS and Allocating VM based on client workloads Experience in Network monitoring using tools like Fiddler and Wireshark, Experience in Azure Backup strategy, Experience in setting up Domain Controllers, Configuring AD Application Proxy.
