Job Description:- Job Role:- Oracle HCM Business Analyst Location :- Remote Contract Job Description Must Have 1. Medical/hospital industry exp. 2. 8-10 years of Oracle HCM Business Analyst experience 3. 5 years of recent HCM Oracle HCM Production Support exp. 4. Core HR applications (Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment) 5. HCM Reporting 6. Work PST hours Job Responsibilities 1. Works with client to understand business requirements, challenges, and acts as the bridge between the client and the implementation partner 2. Clearly documents tasks, action items, risks, issues, and tracks them to closure 3. Provides insight into the application design to ensure best optimum solutions are provided to the client 4. Takes active role in data conversion exercises, working with technical resources from a functional aspect, to help accuracy of data extracts. Takes active role in data validation 5. Helps lead change qualifications Qualifications for the Role 1. Possess a deep understanding of and have strong skills in Oracle HCM Cloud Core Global HR, Open Enrollment, Benefits, Talent, and Absence Management. Also, great to have Oracle Payroll exposure 2. Cedars just went live with phase 1, this is a Oracle HCM (Cloud) Product Support Analyst position 3. Must understand setting up Workflows, Areas of Responsibility, and Data Security 4. Must have reporting experience, OTBI reporting preferred 5. Experience working with technical resources through data conversions and integrations. Taking active part in mapping exercises, validating data, and providing clarity to technical resources on proper logic for extraction of data 6. Be able to identify risks, issues, process change 7. Must have excellent documentation skills 8. Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude 9. Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of their ability 10. Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested 11. Can accurately estimate the time necessary for the delivery of work 12. Having excellent English language communication skills are a must Additional Desirable Skills 1. Experience of HR processes from a business context 2. Experience of other Oracle Cloud modules including: Open Enrollment, Benefits, Payroll 3. Oracle Cloud certifications would be an advantage 4.
