Leverage various Design Thinking methods such as user research techniques, persona modeling, customer journey mapping, scenario storyboarding, information architecture, prototyping, and user testing to provide experience design solutions. Translate requirements into concepts, user flows, interactive wireframes, and visual mockups that lead to meaningful user experiences. Collaborate with extended development team members for accurate implementation. Define the overall product direction and user experience for entire projects and/or complex individual tasks. Take an active role in defining new UX processes and standards. Hands-on designer adept in user empathy, research, analytics, collaboration, quick prototyping, and storytelling. Education: Design education is critical (BFA / MFA / B.Des / M.Des). HFI certified / NNG certified / Design School certification.
