You should In-depth knowledge of SAP IS Oil functionalities, including configuration, master data setup, and integration with other SAP modules. Must have a Hands-on experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate) and project management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment. SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Oil & Gas) are highly desirable. Good Understanding of the oil and gas industry processes, regulations, and challenges would be beneficial. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
