Experience of logging the bugs on Qtest and Jira. * Proficient in preparing Test plan strategy, Test Approach and Test Results documents. * Able to design and execute various testing techniques and strategies. * Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence. * Experience in test automation tools supporting Contact Center platforms. (i.e. selenium or Qtest ) * Prefer experience with Cyara for automated IVR testing. * Understands the SDLC, Agile/SCRUM concepts and software release cycle. * Excellent Oral & Written communication skills. * Good customer interfacing skills and ability to collaboratively work with different stakeholders in IT and Business. * Prefer to have experience in Genesys cloud testing.
