Experience in supporting and delivering OCM activities for SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG or related modules, such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, change readiness, communication, training, coaching, etc. Experience with Client facing role, focus on Client satisfaction. Knowledge of SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG business processes and functionalities, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, Buying & Invoicing, master data governance, etc. Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
