They will be accustomed to a fast- paced work environment with a focus on collaboration. The role requires the individual to be a highly competent developer familiar with all areas of the stack and who strives to maintain and expand upon their expertise. Their technical experience will enable them to be competent in assisting with the design of applications. Additionally, this person should leverage their expertise in collaborative discussions with other team members from both front and back-end design and development teams to facilitate the best product. This person will be a dynamic individual who relishes a challenge and seeks to continually improve their understanding of both their professional skills and the industry in which they operate. This position requires a person to have an absolute commitment to successful software delivery with a can do / will do mentality to ensure success. Time to market is a key performance indicator for the success of this role and the wider team. Knowledge/Experience 5+ years delivery experience of commercial enterprise applications within the JavaScript development stack. 4+ years of experience with ReactJS. Hands-on experience on Redux and Hooks. Experience with Web sockets and real-time data updating. Experience using Material UI and custom content packs. Experience with data tables, particularly AG Grid. Experience on testing using Jest, React Testing Library. Experience with Webpack and Babel is desirable. Delivery experience using continuous integration ideally, Jenkins. Working within (and knowledge of) the financial industry is desirable. Experience with Electron JS, Open Fin, Finsemble is desirable. Skills/Personal Requirements Is intelligent, confident, and able to portray ideas in an articulate, persuasive, and convincing way.
