Minimum Knowledge and Experience Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in delivering commercial IT projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Have excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project management. Real world experience in the following areas: Salesforce CRM, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Middleware integration software such as Boomi, Mulesoft, etc. Data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik, etc. Pharmaceutical commercial data sets, including hub data and specialty pharmacy data.
