The role requires hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly in Core HR and ORC configurations. Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end solutions for Oracle Recruiting (ORC) processes. Analyze business requirements and system integration points to determine appropriate technology solutions. Design applications based on system and user requirements. Design interfaces for importing data from feeder systems. Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and onsite coordination. Requirements: 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud techno-functional experience. 2+ implementations of Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Proficiency in Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules. Experience in cross-geography HCM Cloud implementations. Hands-on experience in Fusion customizations, including HCM Experience Design Studio. Strong SQL skills with knowledge of HCM Cloud data model. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in developing reports, interfaces, and data migration in Oracle Cloud HCM. Knowledge of Reports and Analytics, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI analysis.
