We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Oracle Financial Cloud to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing robust financial solutions that leverage Oracle Financial Cloud to meet our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to architect scalable and efficient solutions that address complex financial requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of financial solutions using Oracle Financial Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their financial processes, requirements, and challenges, and translate them into scalable and efficient solution designs. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Financial Cloud with other systems and applications, such as ERP, CRM, and BI tools, to create end-to-end financial solutions. Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, including solution designs, technical specifications, and architecture diagrams, to communicate architectural decisions and recommendations effectively. Evaluate new features, functionalities, and upgrades of Oracle Financial Cloud and provide recommendations for their adoption based on business needs and technical considerations. Participate in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools, frameworks, and technologies that complement Oracle Financial Cloud and enhance its capabilities. Provide expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Oracle Financial Cloud implementation and integration. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in financial management and cloud computing to continuously improve our solutions and practices. Mentor and coach junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect, with a focus on financial systems and solutions. Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Cloud, including implementation, customization, and integration. Strong understanding of financial management processes, principles, and practices, with domain expertise in areas such as accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures, with experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable solution designs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Oracle Financial Cloud certification(s) preferred.
