These roles do report to managers / team of about 45 people total. We mention Product Owners but dont get wrapped up in our title, as they would just be owner or either site and will help the team lead with the analytics. TEAM OVERVIEW The Business Analytics (BA) team is a lean, cross-functional analytics team that serves Sales Pillar. The Marketing Analytics team, a subset of Business Analytics, enables data-driven business decisions across advertising, marketing, and digital domains across the customer journey, by delivering insights and analytics solutions that provide centralized access to data stitched together from disparate sources. The Marketing Analytics team is seeking a highly qualified Digital Analytics Sr. Technical Product Owner. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Execute on the defined digital analytics strategy, constantly assessing our approach, tooling, and dashboards, aligned to the overall business analytics strategy Develop strong relationships with key business and digital product leaders to champion digital analytics & testing, align on focus areas, identify & proactively address problems, and deliver business recommendations Strong influencing skills that drive alignment with a wide range of stakeholders in a non-hierarchical environment, including business, agencies, and technical teams Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with senior and junior technical and non-technical audiences Collaborate with team of web analysts, data visualization and data engineering professionals to gather requirements, prioritize the backlog, and deliver analytics solutions Empower our digital team and supporting team members with actionable insights allowing them to make effective decisions quickly based on facts Functional Evangelize a hypothesis-based approach to testing and quantitative audience-based analysis to identify digital opportunities 5+ years of experience with large-scale e-commerce data and analytics platform, including building Digital performance KPIs, Performance Marketing, and Testing & Optimization capabilities (AB and MV Testing) Review/test analytics configurations in Adobe Experience Manager as part of site-creation workflow Provide basic governance and auditing for Adobe Analytics implementations, report suites, user accounts and other ongoing analytics projects Develop explicit testing procedures and playbook based on resource plan, best practices, and execution criteria Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital business metrics and digital analytics best practices with an aptitude for storytelling, and coach the team to focus on explaining not just what happened, but why it happened Mastery of a wide range of product management and design thinking techniques and tools (e.g., vision setting, user stories, KPIs, customer journey maps, product roadmaps Technical Deep knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud (especially Adobe Analytics, Target, and Experience Manager) Deep understanding of the modern data and analytics technology stack, from leading cloud data platform solutions such as AWS, Amazon Redshift, Google Cloud Platform, to BI applications such as Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360, etc. Exposure to the value chain of Data and Analytics, from building Data Pipelines to advanced Data Science programs, and for all types of analytics: Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive & Prescriptive analytics. Input, critique and make recommendations on our marketing technology implementation strategy to ensure alignment with ITx Strong understanding of security and risk principles around data, including governance and architecture considerations QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics, with significant quantitative course work is required Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud (especially Adobe Analytics, Target, and Experience Manager) Proficiency in dashboard development using Tableau/Power BI Proficiency in data querying using SQL Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
