Job Description -

Job Title: Oracle HCM Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Moi: Skypec2c

The candidate must be from EST/CST Zone. Must have LinkedIn.

Working Time Zone: EST preferred

Government Contract: No

Migration or New Implementation Project: New Implementation

Travel: Yes 5-10%

Job Description:

Requirements:
8+ years of experience with Cloud HCM, specifically in Core HR, Absence, and Payroll modules, with Oracle Cloud experience in the US and Canada.
Proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools including HCM Extracts and HDL.
Hands-on experience in HDL, Fast-formulas, Extracts, and OTBI Reports.
Experience in developing Custom BI Reports and optimizing BI Reports performance.
Nice to have: 3 to 4 years of implementation experience in Fusion Cloud.
Ability to work in an onsite/offshore model, independently or collaboratively to meet tight deadlines.
Profound understanding and exposure in designing strategies for Data Migration/Conversion, Integration Architecture, and Proof of Concepts.
Strong comprehension of HCM Business Processes.
Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
Nice to have: Experience with Infolets, Dashboards, and BIP.
Preferred: Knowledge and/or experience in VBCS.
Experience in Cloud Security Roles is required.
Experience with ticketing systems like Service Now, JIRA, etc.
Experience working with end customers, reviewing incidents/enhancements, and providing solutions for issues.
Experience in working with Oracle Support for Production issues.
