Oracle HCM Oracle Compensation tool exp Ability to manipulate/create configurations Exp configuring oracle comp tool at an enterprise level client Overview: - We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Technology Analyst with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud to join our dynamic HR team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HR technology solutions, particularly focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, configuration, and enhancement of our HR systems to support the organization's HR processes and strategic objectives. Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and Compensation modules. 2. Collaborate with HR business partners to understand requirements and translate them into solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud. 3. Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet evolving business needs and compliance requirements. 4. Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations. 5. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud. 6. Develop and maintain system documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials. 7. Analyze data and generate reports to support HR analytics, decision-making, and regulatory compliance. 8. Partner with IT and other stakeholders to integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems and applications. 9. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features within Oracle HCM Cloud, recommending opportunities for improvement and innovation. 10. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to HR technology initiatives. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on configuration, administration, and support. 3. Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. 4. Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with experience in Core HR and Compensation preferred. 5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. 6. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholders effectively. 7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. 8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 9. Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred. 10. Experience with HCM implementations and system integrations is a plus.
