Resource will train new hires, provide training upgrades, communicate system changes, maintain the Epic training environment, and support the upcoming provider implementations of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). What You'll Do: Develop training plans. Develop curriculum. Develop eLearning. Provide classroom training of end users. Log class completion in Health Learning. Answer staff questions about workflows and functionality. Maintain training environment. Write and send monthly communications with end users . What You Will Bring: Experience with Epic's Ambulatory application, Beans, Kaleidoscope, Bones, and Urgent Care for large county health systems with multiple clinics and specialties.
