Job Title: Healthcare Product Owner Location : Remote Note : Must have recent healthcare experience with min 10+ years experience. **Job Overview:** As a Healthcare Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering technology solutions that enhance and streamline healthcare processes. Create, enhance and maintain solution roadmaps Certified SAFe Product Owner, ITIL Defining and enabling key healthcare related epics and stories such as Benefit Investigation, Financial Assistance. Prior Authorization and eConsent Skilled in Feature prioritization, change management, business process model and operational model changes (if any), training, solution roadmap and adoption Responsible for release plan development, benefits realization, business case, ideation, business requirements articulation, and acceptance on scaled Teams Program/Project Leadership and Product Management Strategic Planning and Process Improvement Business Optimization and Technology Enablement Process Improvement and Technology Solutions Business/Systems Analysis" **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Epic and Story Definition:** - Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, administrators, and IT teams, to understand and define epics and user stories related to Benefit Investigation, Financial Assistance, and other healthcare processes. - Prioritize features based on business value, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. 2. **Agile Framework:** - Act as the voice of the customer and end-users within the agile development process. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and UI/UX designers, to ensure that healthcare epics and stories are delivered in line with business objectives. 3. **ITIL Integration:** - Apply ITIL best practices to healthcare IT processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements. - Implement and adapt ITIL processes to improve the efficiency and reliability of healthcare services. 4. **Requirements Gathering:** - Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with healthcare stakeholders to capture detailed and accurate specifications. - Translate business needs into actionable tasks and user stories for development teams. 5. **Regulatory Compliance:** - Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance standards, ensuring that the product aligns with industry requirements. - Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to address compliance issues. 6. **User Experience (UX):** - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure that the healthcare product provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience for both healthcare professionals and patients. 7. **Testing and Quality Assurance:** - Work closely with the testing team to define acceptance criteria and ensure that the healthcare product meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. 8. **Communication and Documentation:** - Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of healthcare-related epics, stories, and requirements. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, etc.). - Previous experience as a Product Owner in healthcare IT projects. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework. - Familiarity with healthcare processes such as Benefit Investigation, Financial Assistance, and related areas. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
