Job Title : ServiceNow Solutions Architect Experience : 10+ Years Location Arizona --REMOTE Duration Long term Job Description Must Have Skillsets in this order. 1. HRSD 2. SPM 3. AI experience - genuine interest with it 4. CTA Cert 5. Long term contracts, good job length history (no job hopping) 6. Local - Job is remote but must be in PHX, AZ PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic planning, solution design, and maintaining a Product roadmap to ensure the future direction of the platform aligns with overarching business and growl goals. Define technical governance and data management strategies with the development team, align development standards with technical governance and industry best practices. Guide development team in crafting innovative solutions within ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, and SecOps, ensure project deliverables match the highest quality and efficiency standards. Direct interface with key business stakeholders, engage with IT and Functional (Business) leads and executives, ensuring the Platform aligns to business objects and is delivering expected value. Ensure platform stability, robustness, and long-term maintainability, foresee, and address potential challenges, ensure the Platform remains Agile, robust, and easy to adapt as the business evolves. Creates and maintain technical documentation in Knowledge Base. QUALIFICATIONS: 6 years experience working on the Platform in progressively senior roles. 6 years experience building or maintaining Rest APIs. 6 years experience with web-based development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML). 6 years experience with SQL and relational databases. 4 years experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. 2 years experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Security Operations modules. Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). 2 years experience architecting complex solutions on the ServiceNow Platform. 4 additional ServiceNow certifications (not micro-certs). Proven experience leading and guiding cross-functional teams in successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. Ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and stakeholders.
