Must Have Skill Set: 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, with experience managing large, highly visible software and application development projects Retail experience is required Experience with projects related to retail backend systems such as supply chain domain (order management, merchandising, inventory, supply chain order visibility, order management), logistics (return logistics, warehouse operations, warehouse management system, transportation management), or corporate systems like ERP, B2B, etc. Strong experience planning and managing cross functional programs across the organization. Ability to be hands on partnering with stakeholders to create a detailed project plan, break program into multiple tracks, manage different work streams, and manage those tracks of work as needed, as well as manage risk/budget/resources and partner with other leaders on prioritization.
