Must have Project Management (PMP) SAP space (large scale transformation initiatives) SAP S/4 Hana Expertise MFC and or Finance Budgeting and forecasting Job Description: Proven track record of work experience within the SAP space and with large scale transformation initiatives is a must have and can outweigh the credentials for PMP and CSM - Project Management experience during SAP Implementations between SAP and other Enterprise Applications - Experience performing retrospectives, leading project kickoff meetings, planning workshops and Agile/Waterfall experience - Jira - Experience leading multiple workstreams setting up new facilities/implementing systems from scratch - Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with business, engineering and IT Dept. - Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline - Looking for someone that is assertive and can manage the scope and budget of the project. Adaptive communication style to address varied and multiple levels of the organization. - Highly organized and comfortable delegating and holding team members accountable to assignment and timelines - Facilitation skills in both remote/video and conference-room in-person environment. Driving actions in situations of unknowns - Self-Start and solicits feedback with time to make adjustments/course corrections.
