Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to understand business requirements, develop customized AI solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the project. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirement Analysis: Analyze business requirements related to customer service processes and identify opportunities for AI integration. 2. Solution Design: Design end-to-end AI solutions leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, including Einstein Bots, Einstein Case Classification, and Einstein Next Best Action, Voice Transcription 3. Customization and Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to implement AI-driven features, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automation. 4. AI Model Development: Develop and train machine learning models using Salesforce Einstein platform 5. Integration: Integrate AI-powered solutions with other in-scope systems and data sources. 6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of AI models and configurations to validate accuracy, performance, and reliability, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices. 7. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support solution deployment and end-user adoption.
