Author scripts and performs Unit, Regression, Integration and QA testing. Author & communicate business process designs, business systems designs and system test plans. Ability to configure SAP HCM including; Organization Management, Personnel Administration and inbound/outbound Interfaces. Gathers and participates in requirement gathering sessions with users and sponsors to define and document functional specifications, including: configuration, enhancements, custom programs, and reports. Performs technical walk-through and knowledge transfer with HCM Pod and other teams as needed. Identifies gaps in business process mappings. Presents, discusses and demos SAP Best Practices.
