Job Description: The Client and Innovation team is responsible to design and deliver digital products to our institutional and wealth management clients and sales team. Primary Responsibilities You will design and deliver solutions for wealth management and Institutional asset management business initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Deep knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, processes, architectures, protocols, patterns, and technologies. Must have hands-on operational experience working with data stewards and product owner. Responsible for Analyzing Master Data and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve business process and decision-making. Provide expertise and guidance on MDM best practices and help organization implement MDM Solutions. Extensive experience with market and reference data in the context of capital markets or investment management. Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight. Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management and data governance principles is a big plus. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical decisions and work collaboratively with product owner. Looking for top-notch lead engineering talent who will be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that demands quick turnaround for mission critical technical solutions, have extremely high standards with a low tolerance for low quality output. 10+ years relevant experience.
