Supports collaboration with operations and other business functions to ensure successful and ITIL-compliant practices and processes. Evaluates, develops, and deploys new departmental processes. Identifies potential enhancements to existing processes. Supports effective communication with all service providers and stakeholders. Reviews documentation, technical processes and specifications to determine the intended functionality of ITIL initiatives. Utilizes available service platforms to support all process management, reporting and governanceactivities. Supports team in preparing for and participating in control reviews and internal/external audit engagements.6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.and procedures. Qualifications: ServiceNow- Experience with developing queries and reports in ServiceNow. Experience with SQL development and Tableau Reporting.
