Job Title: Infrastructure Engineering Technical Support Job Type: Contract Work location: San Francisco (US:94104), CA Job Description: " 1.1 Support network gear health and ensure continuous connectivity of various prototype and PC devices within the lab setting. This includes the following activities: Racking and monitoring network gear. Provide technical PC support for software, hardware, and connectivity. Troubleshoot and maintain standard OS including Windows and Linux with common applications. Maintaining both network and related device compliance. Providing hardware troubleshooting to wiring and board systems. Conduct routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot all hardware systems for PCs and various prototype devices. 1.2 Maintain and troubleshoot devices by conducting the following activities: Bare-metal installs and restores. Conduct system and/or board-level testing. Conducting characterization and maintaining relevant documentation. Support standard OS (Windows and Linux) systems along with common applications. Maintain OS level patching. Maintain exception list for patching. 1.3 Develop software and/or scripting automation .
