Role: Workday HCM Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Video/ Phone Need LinkedIn profile link Job Description: Although this role does not involve hands-on configuration of Workday, previous substantive experience with this is preferred. Based on experience, the BA contractor will be assigned to one or more workstreams, for the modules listed above, plus Data and Integrations. The Business Analyst will play an important role in ensuring the projects success by identifying, gathering, and analyzing data related to the project. This will require working with various members of global HR and Tech teams, among others. will partner with a 3rd party to carry out the implementation, and this role will also work with that party to facilitate collecting and providing information to them as needed. The Business Analyst should be a mature professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities Identify, gather, and analyze data which needs for its Global Workday HCM project Collect policies and practices, both global and local, for review & synthesis Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests by working with HR Analytics and HRIS globally Write business, functional, and technical requirements as needed for documentation, testing, and other purposes Create presentations and Excel analyses Work directly with internal and external stakeholders, including Tech and HRIS, as well as selected implementation partner Follow up and influence others to help achieve positive project outcomes Proactively recognize and communicate issues Experience: 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM or other relevant Workday modules Experience in Human Resources along with Workday is a plus Thanks, and Regards Akash Mandal | Technical Recruiter Email | trooBell Technologies LLC.
