Position : Genesys Test Engineer Location : Tampa,FL (Remote) Duration:12+Months Experience : 7+ Years Visa: Only USC and H1B's(Need Passport no. to check i94 status) Job Roles & Responsibilities: Working experience validating various Contact Center components related to voice, email, and work items channels both on-Prem and Genesys cloud to include Genesys data and reporting. For both Functional and Non-Functional expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, Reporting and Test Asset Maintenance (manual and automated). Experience of logging the bugs on Qtest and Jira. Proficient in preparing Test plan strategy, Test Approach and Test Results documents. Able to design and execute various testing techniques and strategies. Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence. Experience in test automation tools supporting Contact Center platforms. (i.e. selenium or Qtest ) Prefer experience with Cyara for automated IVR testing. Understands the SDLC, Agile/SCRUM concepts and software release cycle. Excellent Oral & Written communication skills. Good customer interfacing skills and ability to collaboratively work with different stakeholders in IT and Business.
