Analyse and resolve escalated problems4 Ensure integrity of supported environment5 Actively and pre-emptively determine possible faults and causes by the execution of pre-determined health and operational checks6 Manage and resolve problems identified by sys admins or monitoring software Work with change and problem management tools 7 Hardware /software fault detection and vendor liaison 8 Liaise with OEM Vendors as required Required Skills: Proficiency in MarkLogic database management and administration. Extensive experience in EDI implementation and integration. Strong understanding of NoSQL database concepts and hands-on experience with related technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
