A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Job Description The role of the software test manager is to lead the testing team. Test Manager plays a central role in the Team. The Test Manager takes full responsibility for the project's success. The role involves quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort. Additional job details and special considerations Test and validate the HHS applications on Salesforce platform post remediation, platform stabilization, performance tweaking and trigger updates. This position also performs systematical testing and analyzing various aspects of product development and service delivery to detect potential flaws and ensure alignment with industry and internal standards. II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
