Should be able to develop a set of technical and analytical skills that enable you to build, customize, and deploy powerful data visualization and business intelligence solutions. Heres a comprehensive list of skills required: Technical Skills 1. Salesforce Fundamentals: Understanding the Salesforce platform, as Tableau CRM is deeply integrated with Salesforce. Knowledge of Salesforce objects, security model, and overall architecture is crucial. 2. Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) Expertise: - Proficiency in creating datasets, lenses, and dashboards. - Experience with SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) for complex data manipulation and analysis. - Knowledge of Einstein Discovery for predictive analytics. 3. Data Management and Transformation: - Ability to extract, transform, and load data (ETL) from various sources into Tableau CRM. - Understanding of data modeling concepts and practices. - Familiarity with Data Prep for cleaning, transforming, and enriching data. 4. Advanced Analytics: - Implementing advanced analytics and machine learning models within Tableau CRM. - Utilizing external data analytics tools and integrating them with Tableau CRM when necessary. 5. Integration Skills: - Integrating Tableau CRM with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external systems using APIs. - Experience with Salesforce Flow and Apex for automating processes and data flows. 6.
