Job Description/ Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled Architect Business Associate with 7-11 years of experience to join our multinational corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in System Architecture, System Design, and SAP C/4HANA (Sales, Sales Performance Management, and Service). SAP ISU Experience is desirable This role is pivotal in designing and implementing robust solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. What are the top 3 skills required for this role 1. SAP C4c Sales and Service, Functional Configuration 2. FDD design and testing of C4C objects 3. Team and Client interaction skills - Lead the development and implementation of system architecture and design solutions that meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP C/4HANA applications. - Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve. - Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates. - Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives. - Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including materials, manpower, and time necessary. - Assess and evaluate risk as you work on system architecture projects. - Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution. - Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure. - Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions. - Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals. Qualifications: - Proven experience in System Architecture and System Design. - Expertise in SAP C/4HANA Sales, SAP C/4HANA Sales Performance Management, and SAP C/4HANA Service. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent project management and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Adept at learning and applying new technologies and frameworks. - Familiarity with best practices in the field and in related areas.
